At Viori, every event starts with a personal design inspired by your unique story or theme. We begin with a consultation to understand your vision, then create moodboards and digital mock-ups to bring it to life.
After your approval, we handle everything, from sourcing premium flowers to styling and on-site setup and breakdown, ensuring a flawless and unforgettable experience.

Step one: Introductory meeting
We start by getting to know you and your vision, so we can create a custom floral and styling concept that makes your event unforgettable.
Meetings can be held at our studio in the Netherlands (Veghel) or Scotland (Edinburgh), online, or on location.

Step Two: Design & Quote
Based on your wishes and style, we create a detailed, unique floral concept.
You’ll receive this along with a tailored quote, moodboard, and digital mock-up—giving you a clear vision of the complete design.

Step Three: Event time!
After approval, we plan, prepare, and create your floral designs with care.
On event day, we deliver and style everything on-site, then handle teardown and collection so you can enjoy the day stress-free.
